Services
Outpatient Therapy Services
At You Are Not Your DUI, we offer a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to outpatient treatment that supports real change — not just compliance. Our current group offerings include:

FitMind: Active Relapse Prevention
FitMind is an innovative approach to mental health and substance use recovery that integrates physical exercise with therapeutic care.
Our Active Recovery Groups combine movement-based activities with evidence-based talk therapies to promote healing of both mind and body.
Rooted in modalities like Sports Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, these groups are designed to improve mental health through physical activation, goal-setting, emotional regulation, and peer support.
FitMind is more than just a group—it’s a space to shift your mindset, reclaim control, and step into a new version of yourself. Because your past does not define you—your future does. We invite you to take on the challenge of becoming who you want to be from here forward, using movement, discipline, and community to build lasting change.

Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
An evidence-based cognitive-behavioral program designed to strengthen decision-making, moral reasoning, and personal accountability — supporting healthier behavior from the inside out.

NMT-Informed Trauma Recovery Groups
Built on the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), these groups address the impact of trauma on the brain and behavior. Clients learn how to regulate, rebuild trust, and respond to stress in safer, more empowered ways.

Peer Recovery Services
We collaborate with a select group of agencies that bring unique and complementary approaches to peer service delivery.
Each agency focuses on a specialized area of support, creating a diverse and holistic network of care.
One agency serves minority populations, including Hispanic communities (English and Spanish groups) and individuals reintegrating into society after involvement with the justice system. Another offers recovery services through certifications in the restaurant industry, providing both skill development and healing opportunities.
We also partner with agencies that focus on faith and spirituality as pathways to recovery. Despite their varied approaches, all our partner agencies share a deep commitment to professionalism, excellence, and genuine care for their clients.
We work with you — not just your paperwork. Speak with your clinician to explore these services or request additional support options
